Spa and tattoo removal etiquette
Entwined Tattoo Removal & Spa Gift Vouchers have no expiry date. Failure to keep an appointment or provide the minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in 50% of the gift voucher becoming void.
A gift voucher number must be provided at the time off booking in order to hold the booking. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
No refunds or monetary returns will be given.
Entwined Tattoo Removal & Spa will not be liable for any gift vouchers lost or stolen.
Reservations + Bookings
We recommend you book in advance especially for multiple treatments or large Tattoos treatments to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund when your treatment is paid via Credit Card.
Please notify us at the time of booking your treatments, if you are pregnant, as some treatments cannot be provided due to contradictions.
If you suffer from any allergies or are taking any medications that may interfere with your experience it is always best to let your therapist know. This is for your own safety.
Preparing for Treatment
We recommend that men having a facial should shave several hours before the
Treatment to ensure optical benefits to the skin and for Tattoo Removal. We recommend anyone having IPL Hair removal or laser treatments to shave 24 hours before appointment.
To ensure everyone’s safety and the serene atmosphere of our spa, we kindly request that children under 16 refrain from entering the treatment room at any time. However, children are welcome to come along with their parents or guardians to the appointment and hang out in the reception area. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can complete our consultation form or use the restroom.
Cancellations + Change Policy
You have reserved a specific treatment time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any change of date, time, service or cancellation is required. A 100% charge will apply for any cancellation or if you are a no-show on a Saturday, Sundays and a 50% cancellation fee on weekdays if not within appropriate notice time.
A credit card number is required and charged the Deposit fee being $45.00 (consultation fee redeemable of first treatment) at the time of booking any treatment to secure an appointment. Should you need to cancel and appointment made for Monday or days proceeding public holidays, Entwined Tattoo Removal & Spa will need to be notified by 12 noon on the last day of trade following closure to avoid any cancellation fees.
If your cancellation is due to sickness or COVID, you must provide a PCR test result to avoid a 30% cancellation fee or a 100% cancellation fee on Saturdays Sundays. Covid cancellations a booking must be re made within 14 days from date of testing positive to avoid cancellation fee.
The spa environment is a place where you can relax and be pampered, therefore please respect this by kindly deferring from using mobile phones, smoking or being under the influence of any non-prescription drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol.
What to Wear
Gowns, wraps and slippers are provided. Loose clothing if tattoo removal.
